In case your complaint has not been properly redressed by us, you may lodge your complaint with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SECP will entertain complaints first requested to be redressed by the Company where the Company has failed to do so. Complaints outside SECP’s regulatory domain or competence shall not be entertained.
